Keen Roofing Limited is a specialist roofing contractor based in the West Midlands.
Founded in 2010 by Rob Keen and joined shortly after by co-Director Wayne Cadman who between them have several decades of experience in the sector.
Initially primarily a roof tiling and slating contractor specialising in the new build housing sector we have diversified over recent years into other markets such as large local authority re-roofing schemes.
Our services now include flat roofing systems such as the high quality Triflex liquid applied system and Armourplan uPVC single ply membrane as well as full fascia, soffit and rainwater good replacement and leadwork. We are also able to offer PV installation in conjunction with our trading partners.
Our portfolio of customers includes Fortem Solutions (Birmingham City Council schemes), The Dodd Group (Sandwell MBC schemes) as well as long standing relationships with major house builders such as Redrow, Taylor Wimpey, Spitfire Homes, Cameron Homes and Keepmoat.
We are of course always open to new business opportunities and have also worked on many large and small one-off projects over the years.
